We strive to bring you the best Customer Service possible. We want you to feel comfortable and completely satisfied while shopping with us.
Once an order is placed it generally takes at least 10 working days for your order to arrive. Many of your orders will come much sooner than that and there will be the occasional order that will take a little longer. If we see that an order will take longer, we will try to email you with that information.
Once an order is placed it can’t be withdrawn. If a mistake is made on our part, we will gladly replace it free of charge. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, use of upper and lower case letters, dates and names carefully since what you enter is what you get. Customer Care will be happy to work with you on replacing your order as quickly as possible.
We will be happy to send a personal gift notification to your recipient. Please note that some manufacturers charge us a fee for this service which is detailed in the order options.
TSL accepts all major credit cards for ease of purchase. When you pay by credit card to be confirmed for security reasons the billing address you use must match the address on your credit card billing statement. You may also mail in your order and pay by personal check if you prefer. Please allow extra time for your check to clear.
Please try to order in a timely fashion around any holiday. The TSL web page is set up to calculate UPS ground rates based on total dollars ordered. If you order from different manufactuers the items are independently dropped shipped from different cities and the total UPS charges are calculated from each location. Please do not use a PO Box as a ship to address since UPS will not deliver. Rush charges are available if necessary. The manufactuers make every effort to pack all submitted orders into a single corrugated carton. However, due to UPS shipping regulations and/or the quantity of orders submitted, some orders are packed separately and shipped in separate corrugated cartons which create higher shipping fees. TSL scales our shipping fees to cover this.

Catalogs from some manufacturers of personalized stationery which TSL Customer Care distributes are available on request to be sent directly to you. We have more product on the web from each manufacturer than you will find in the current Catalogs.
